We collect information provided voluntarily to us when you express interest in utilizing our services or otherwise contact us. The personal information that we collect may include your name and email address. We do not process sensitive information. 

Information Use

We process your information depending on how you interact with us and our services. This includes to respond to user inquiries and to best support users with their requested service. We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason under applicable law to provide you with services or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to carry out our legitimate business interests. We may share your personal information in the case of a business transfer, in relation to the merge, sale, or acquisition of our portion or all of our company to another business. 

Data Retention

We hold onto your information only for as long as necessary to carry our the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless a longer duration is required by law. When we have no reason to further process your data, we will either delete or anonymize your personal information. If this is not possible, we will securely store and isolate your personal information until it can be properly deleted. 

Children's Information 

We do not knowingly solicit data or market to children under the age of 18. By using and interacting with our services, you validate that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such minor and consent to the minor's use of our services. 

Privacy Rights 

In some regions, the EEA, UK, Canada, and California for example, you have rights that provide you with greater access to and control over your personal information. We will consider and take action on any request made in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

Do-Not-Track Features 

Many web browsers and mobile applications and operating systems offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that can be activated to indicate your privacy preference. Currently, as there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT indications, we do not respond to such indications. If a standard for online tracking is implemented to be followed in the future, we will inform you about that practice in an update version of this privacy policy.
